Bone grafting outside these defined procedures is priced after clinical review. Maki Dent decides whether any addition is needed. Your preliminary plan should identify likely additions and any items that cannot yet be confirmed.

Your treatment scope, expected visits, included travel arrangements and price are set out in writing. Your personal written quotation will state its expiry date.
Examination confirms the plan
If the clinical plan changes after examination, the revised treatment and price are explained before changed treatment proceeds.
