What you can expect
A clear process before you travel, while you are in Antalya and after you return home.
Clarity before you travel
Review the proposed treatment, your proposed package price, what is included and the expected stay before your trip. The final clinical plan follows your in-person examination.
Changes explained before you agree
If your examination changes the recommended treatment, the dental team explains why and shows you the revised plan and price. If the change affects your stay, we explain that too. Changed treatment proceeds only after your written approval.
We stay involved
If we get an arrangement wrong, we put it right. After you return home, Alp Medical Travel stays with your case for 12 months and continues coordinating with the treating clinic if a treatment concern, warranty question or insurance issue needs follow-up.

The exact clinical schedule depends on your treatment. The travel side should still feel straightforward.

Private airport pickup can be arranged, so your first job after landing is simply to get in the car.

What happens after I send my photos or X-ray?
Send the photos you have, plus any recent X-ray or dental notes if available. We coordinate an initial review with our partner dental team. You’ll receive treatment options, an estimated cost and expected stay before you decide whether to travel.
Do I need an X-ray before I contact you?
No. Start with the photos and information you already have. If the dental team needs an X-ray or another image for the initial review, we’ll let you know what is needed.
Who decides my treatment and who performs it?
The treating dentist is responsible for your examination, diagnosis and final treatment decisions. Your dental treatment is provided by the partner clinic. Alp Medical Travel coordinates communication, appointments, hotel and transfers around your treatment.
Can my treatment plan or price change after I arrive?
The initial plan and estimated cost are based on the information available before you travel. The treating dentist confirms the final clinical plan after examination and any required imaging. If changes are needed, the reason, treatment options and updated cost will be explained before the changed treatment goes ahead.
What is included in my treatment package?
Your written plan will show the dental treatment and practical arrangements included in your offer. Depending on your package, this may include hotel accommodation and airport, hotel and clinic transfers. The exact inclusions are confirmed before you book.
How long will I need to stay in Antalya?
It depends on the treatment, laboratory stages and any healing time required. Before you book flights, we’ll explain the expected appointment sequence, recommended stay and whether another visit to Antalya may be needed.
What happens if I have a concern after I return home?
Contact Alp Medical Travel first. We’ll coordinate your concern with the treating clinic and help arrange the next steps. Clinical advice and treatment decisions remain with the dental team.
